Sebring RV Park at Hammock Estates ROC
Here at Hammock Estates we also have an RV Park. Although we only have 6 sites, they are very spacious with competitive rates. We are seasonal, so we only rent from November through April.
All the amenities that are available to our owners are available to our RV guests.

RV Rates 2023-2024
4-6 Months $500.00*/month (incl. water/sewer)* plus Electric
*Four Month minimum stay with a one-month deposit.
The balance of reserved time is due upon arrival.
Should you need to leave early, we will refund your balance (ONLY) if the site is re-rented.
We have a coin laundry but no shower facilities.
Daily Rate – $55/day – Includes water/sewer and electric
Weekly Rate – $310/wk. – Includes water/sewer and electric
Monthly Rate – $650/month – Includes water/sewer and electric

Any and all deposits will be refunded (ONLY) if notice is given 60 days prior to your arrival date
Any potential RV-er that has reserved a space for 2 months or more must have a background/credit check, which is an additional cost.
