The maintenance Fee for Shareholders is $108/month for 2024

Rent for Non-Shareholders is $457/month for 2024

Shares can be purchased on homes without a share for $40,000.00. The office can help you with the share sale. Only our attorneys can issue the share certificate.

We currently have 2 empty lots available for homes. Both lots can handle a double-wide home, one lot is 50 X 100 the other is 55 X 100. The 50 X 100 lot will accommodate up to a 24 X 60 home, the 55 X 100 will accommodate up to a 28 X 60 home. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of connecting the utilities and preparing the lot for the home. The cost to purchase a share for either lot is $40,000.00.
