President Bob Helmstadter opened our Monday Morning Meeting with 68 residents present.  We have 2 returnee’s this week.  JR & Donna Anderson were introduced as new neighbors as of March this year.  The morning opener was provided by Pat Piersen.

Lynette Pickup gave the birthday wishes this week to Mary Motsinger, Connie Brown and Bob Dotseth.  There are no anniversaries celebrated this week are celebrated in the park.

Carol Parker gave the sunshine report, announcing that Claude Belton is back after spending five days in the hospital; a card was sent to Betty Lawson for her birthday; David Helbling has returned home; Penny Walters sister has Passed away; and a card was sent to Miriam Steele.

Reminder that there is bingo tonight and games night on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Volunteers are needed to sign up for callers and runners.  Bluegrass is on Wednesday’s at 1:00 PM, there were 73 attending last week. 

Cornhole is at 9:00 AM on Thursdays.

Bunko is on Tuesdays at 1:00 PM and Pinochle on Wednesdays

Linda Price has asked for all December events be turned in to her by November 25 to be included in the next calendar.

There will be water aerobics this afternoon, provided the weather warms up just a little bit more.

Rachel Childress announced the sign-up sheet is on the board for the Thanksgiving Dinner.  Please get signed up as the dinner is next week.

Pat Pierson is hosting an open house to park residents on Sunday, November 24, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM to see the recent improvements she has completed.

The 50/50 winner was Doug Myers for $27 and the winner for the guessing game was split by Mike Watson and Claude Belton. 

Mary Newman announced she and Nancy Mellinger are having a sewing circle this afternoon at 1:00 PM and again on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Anyone wanting to take part or learn more about sewing are encouraged to attend.

ROC President Rick Motsinger reminded us there will be a shareholder meeting this Thursday, November 21, at 1:00 PM.  The agenda will be posted later today.  He is asking for volunteers for the monthly men’s breakfast and for the annual fish fry.

Bob Helmstadter announced there will be a brief HOA meeting at his house immediately following this morning’s coffee.  The topic of discussion will be the slate of officers for 2020 and committee assignments.  Volunteers are welcome!

Volunteers are also very much needed for the gourmet committee for December and January.
